Terms of Use

InstaTask is a photo mission platform. Members complete photo missions, submissions are reviewed automatically, and completed missions credit a reward to the member balance inside the application.

Rewards, mission availability and difficulty depend on the membership tier active on the account and may change over time.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password secure.

One person may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts, automation, emulators or fraudulent submissions may result in suspension without reimbursement.

You confirm that you own or have permission to submit every photo you upload, and that it contains no illegal content, no personal documents and no identifiable third parties who did not consent.

You grant InstaTask a licence to store, process and analyse submitted photos in order to validate missions and improve automated review quality.

The in-app balance represents mission rewards and is only payable once the withdrawal minimum for your tier is reached.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payment. Payment method validation and transfer processing each take up to three business days.

Plus and Pro are one-time payments processed by our payment partner. Access is unlocked as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Purchases are covered by the guarantee described in the Refund Policy.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell or attempt to manipulate rewards, rankings or the review system, and you may not use the service for anything unlawful.

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by misuse of the platform.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
