This policy explains what we collect, what other companies receive when you load our pages, and the rights you have over your personal data.
Account data: name, email address, password hash held by our authentication provider, language and membership tier.
Activity data: tasks completed, rewards, level, withdrawal and refund requests, and support messages.
Content you submit through forms, including refund requests and their attachments.
Technical data: device type, approximate country derived from IP, and basic usage logs.
You can watch the introductory videos and presentation without an account. A server-issued visitor identifier links your video sessions, playback checkpoints, confirmed completions and bonus amount. After authentication, the confirmed bonus can be linked to your account.
Browser storage also holds preferences such as language and sound. Authentication uses our provider's session tokens. Local display progress is not evidence of a bonus: the server records determine eligibility and the amount.

These providers necessarily receive your IP address and browser details, and they may set their own cookies or identifiers. We therefore do not claim that this site is free of advertising or measurement technologies.
To operate your account, validate tasks, credit rewards, process withdrawals and refunds, prevent fraud, provide support, send transactional emails, and measure where visitors come from.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our infrastructure provider. Access is limited to the operator and the providers listed above. We do not sell personal data.
Account and transaction records are kept while the account exists and afterwards only as long as required for legal and accounting obligations.
Fixed retention periods and an automated deletion tool are not yet published. Deletion and data-copy requests are handled manually: write to contact@instatask.app and we will confirm by email.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time. Email and password can be changed directly in your profile.
A cookie consent banner is not implemented yet, so today the practical way to refuse third-party scripts is to block them in your browser.
